? GENERAL: This house is one of several rental houses on a large property. This listing is for one house. The entire inside of the house is for your exclusive, private use during your Stay. The outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, etc.) ARE SHARED with one other house. The driveway is shared with other neighboring houses. There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space including: the pool / amenity space and driveway. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Please shoot us a message if you have interest in renting out both houses which would then make the pool / amenity space private to your use. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.

One of the unique elements of this property is the shared outdoor pool and amenity space. While each home is fully private indoors, the exterior areas create a relaxed, boutique-compound atmosphere — offering the chance to soak up the sun, enjoy a resort-style setting, and occasionally strike up a friendly conversation with fellow travelers. Many guests appreciate the spontaneous, vacation-style energy that comes from sharing beautiful outdoor spaces. We do ask that all guests be kind and courteous, helping maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone.

? This property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

? All persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 6 guests, the rent increases per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. You can view the exact pricing by adjusting the guest count on the listing, or feel free to message us and we’re happy to confirm the total. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

While we do our best to ensure it’s clean and in good working order prior to each stay, we cannot guarantee the condition of the hot tub after guest use. Factors such as weather, heavy usage, and guest activity may affect water clarity or functionality during your reservation. No refunds will be provided for issues related to hot tub condition or availability.

? Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
