? GENERAL: This house is one of several rental houses on adjoining properties. This listing is for two homes. The entire inside of the homes and the outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, etc.) are for your exclusive, private use during your stay. One home has a private driveway and private parking area. The other home’s driveway is shared with other neighboring houses. This shared driveway has access to that home’s reserved parking area and front door. There may be interaction with other guests in the shared driveway. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Please shoot us a message if you have interest in renting out both houses which would then make the pool / amenity space private to your use. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.

Please note:

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 8 vehicles total. All in reserved spots in the driveways. A few of the reserved parking spaces are tandem (end-to-end), so vehicles within your group may need to coordinate access from time to time. NO MORE THAN 8 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

? All persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 12 guests, the rent increases per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

While we do our best to ensure it’s clean and in good working order prior to each stay, we cannot guarantee the condition of the hot tub after guest use. Factors such as weather, heavy usage, and guest activity may affect water clarity or functionality during your reservation. No refunds will be provided for issues related to hot tub condition or availability.

? Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
