Guest Access:

? GENERAL: The entire inside of the house and parking area is for your exclusive, private use during your Stay. The outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, etc.) are also 100% private. There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space in the shared driveway with other rental homes. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And be very quiet or move inside after 1030pm. Please shoot us a message if you have interest in renting out more homes next door. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.

Please note:

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles total. All in reserved spots in the driveway (private and gated). Please note parking 6 vehicles in the space will block in some/most vehicles. NO MORE THAN 6 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

? This property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

? 33 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED. All persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors.

? Pool can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Keep in mind, this pool is shared and other Guests will still have access to use it after you have paid to heat it.*

? The hot tub is professionally serviced and maintained on a regular schedule. While we do our best to ensure it’s clean and in good working order prior to each stay, we cannot guarantee the condition of the hot tub after guest use. Factors such as weather, heavy usage, and guest activity may affect water clarity or functionality during your reservation. No refunds will be provided for issues related to hot tub condition or availability.

? Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
