? GENERAL: This listing is for two homes. The entire inside of the homes and the outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, etc.) are for your exclusive, private use during your stay. There is a shared driveway for both homes which is shared with other neighboring homes. This shared driveway has access to the reserved parking and front doors. There may be interaction with other guests in the shared driveway. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And keep noise to a minimum and/or move inside after 1030pm. Please shoot us a message if you have interest in renting out other homes next door.

Please note:

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles total. All in reserved spots in the driveways. A few of the reserved parking spaces are tandem (end-to-end), so vehicles within your group may need to coordinate access from time to time. NO MORE THAN 8 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

? This property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

? 34 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED. All persons on the property need to be disclosed / accounted for on the reservation. This includes any daytime visitors.

? Pool can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Keep in mind, this pool is shared and other Guests will still have access to use it after you have paid to heat it.*

? The hot tub is professionally serviced and maintained on a regular schedule. While we do our best to ensure it’s clean and in good working order prior to each stay, we cannot guarantee the condition of the hot tub after guest use. Factors such as weather, heavy usage, and guest activity may affect water clarity or functionality during your reservation. No refunds will be provided for issues related to hot tub condition or availability.

? Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

Though we won't likely greet you in person upon arrival, our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction remains paramount.
