? GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, parking and outdoor amenities. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Some amenity lights may not turn on after that time.

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles in reserved spots in the driveway and front of house. NO MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 6 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges.
