In Austin to attend a weeklong - 2024 Sales Kick-off. Typically, they are housed in local hotels, alas, by request - they asked to try a shared space. The "Oasis" provided each of them a private room/bath and the open/shared spaces was excellent for meeting/strategy sessions. The weather during their visit was very cold and rainy so the pool/outdoor areas were sadly, not used. (but they are looking forward to their "NEXT" visit, better weather and pool time!) ? GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. This house is one of several rental row homes with shared walls on a large property. This listing is for one house and its private fenced 600sf backyard and pool! There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space including the shared driveway and parking areas. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Some amenity lights may not turn on after that time.


Please note:

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. 1 vehicle can be parked in a reserved spot in the driveway and 1 vehicle may be parked in the street nearby. NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

? Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

? Please note, that this property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

? Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 6 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

? The pool can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed, though we will try our best.
