Room layout:
-Master Bedroom – 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (2 twins), private master bathroom
-Hall Bedroom - 2 x queen bed
-Balcony Bedroom – 1 queen bed, 1 twin day bed additional twin trundle, access to balcony. This room now has curtains (not pictured) to allow for covering of all sliders/windows for privacy and/or to block AM light.
-Living Room – 1 large sofa with chaise
There are more than enough freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and pillows for all these sleeping spaces. All sleeping spaces are extremely comfortable!

-Incredible balcony overlooking 6th street. AMAZING VIEWS OF DOWNTOWN AUSTIN!
-The condo is very well maintained and very clean.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Roku with streaming Netflix subscription and other content. *There is no cable TV*. 1 big comfortable sofa. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has private, ensuite large bathroom. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd bathroom located by kitchen across from 2nd bedroom.
-Tons of closet space and shelf space with 2 bedrooms including hangers. Balcony bedroom does not have closet, shelving or drawers.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.
-Fresh coffee and tea. Filters, creamer and sugar provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener provided for on-site laundry.
-Iron and small ironing board.
-Hair Dryer.
-Some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.
*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
